Berry Global, Inc. has announced they have received the Supplier of Excellence award for 2018 from Kao USA Inc. The award is based on a series of stringent performance and service criteria.
Kao USA Inc. selects a single packaging Supplier of Excellence each year.
This award recognizes the longstanding commitment and high-level of customer service that Berry’s Evansville, IN, laminate tube team provides to Kao USA. Berry has been providing laminate tubes to Kao USA since 2008 and currently supplies a variety of tubes for their skincare and hair care brands.
“Quality, decorating capability, and reliability are essential to this award, but it is the superior customer service by the Evansville plant, along with the strong support of the Kao USA sales team, that led to this prestigious award,” says Mike Cabanski, sales director, Beauty and Personal Care.
“Kao USA has extremely high service and quality requirements and expectations, and it is a pleasure to be able to partner with them to deliver premium laminate tubes to the market,” he adds.
