Too Faced Cosmetics is celebrating its 20th birthday this year. To mark the occasion, the brand will launch a 90s-inspired collection, to commemorate the year the brand was founded — 1998.
Jerrod Blandino, co-founder/chief creative officer of Too Faced Cosmetics, posted a sneak peek at a lipstick in the new collection — a sparkly, metallic magenta, with packaging to match. “TF 20” is printed on the top of the box. Check it out in the video below.
The lipstick also features the brand’s original logo — take a look at it larger in the photo above that Blandino posted to Instagram on #oldheadshotday.
FYI: Blandino and Jeremy Johnson, co-founder/CEO, both worked at an Estee Lauder makeup counter before starting the brand. The Estee Lauder Companies acquired the company last year.
Too Faced also just redesigned the packaging for its bronzer collection — take a look at the “before” and “after” for Sun Bunny Bronzer in the slider above. The new compacts feature shiny gold edging, with heart-shaped clasps.
