Voir's technology allows shoppers to try-on Guerlain makeup products instantly, using augmented reality.
When Guerlain launched new matte shades for its iconic Rouge G Lipstick on April 1st, 2019, they were instantly available for virtual try-on using iPads installed in Guerlain retailers worldwide -- as well as on the Voir app, available for download.
Voir's beauty-tech solution provides a unique true-to-life try-on experience driven by proprietary technology of digitization that processes physical makeup products through scanning, precise calibration and produces digitized products that can be used in augmented reality.
The technology offers an unparalleled precision of proprietary 3D rendering, the company says, and the experience mirrors that of real in-store try-on.
