The site, which was project managed by Lindal Group marketing manager, Kashif Choudhry, includes 360-degree product views, enabling users to see product designs up-close. A new color coding system which links colors to market segments, also forms part of the new website and is a scheme the company intends to roll out throughout its whole customer communications activity.
Kashif said: “We want to simplify and communicate product information more effectively and our new color system supports that objective. The intention behind the website restructure is to enhance the overall user experience, helping us to convey our position as an aerosol packaging ‘solution provider’ and not simply, a ‘manufacturer’.”
In addition, Kashif said the new search functionality allows users to access the information they need, quickly and accurately. Additionally, he said: “The site can be accessed on multiple platforms, including smart phones and tablets, meaning convenience is hugely increased, too.”
