It's National Kiss & Makeup Day on Saturday, August 25th -- and Tarte Cosmetics is celebrating with its #kissandmakeup campaign.
Tarte Cosmetics is also partnering with the Tyler Clementi Foundation to help prevent bullying -- while spreading positivity on social media. The brand aims to take a stand against cyberbullies by flushing out all negative comments from its social media feeds with kiss mark emojis. "Drown out negativity with kindness," the brand says.
The brand is asking its fans and followers to do the same. "Any time you see negative comments under someone's post, leave as many kiss mark emojis as you can! This will help overpower negativity & keep bullying at bay," the company says.
Tarte is also offering a discount on Saturday, August 25th, in honor of the "holiday" -- 20% off its limited edition makeup sets, and the company will donate 20% of the sales to the Tyler Clementi Foundation, up to $20K.
Also, all #kissandmakeup product purchases come with the cute baseball cap shown above, and it's 'marked with a kiss.'
