Jar Packages:
Colt's Plastic Company offers a wide range of plastic jar package systems in sizes ranging from 3ml to 20oz. Jar materials include PETG, SAN, GPS, and other unique combinatons of materials. Available styles include low-profile, heavy wall, double wall, pots, loose and pressed powder, stackables, compartmented, kits, and specialty. Custom or modified jars can be produced using Colt's in-house specialty. Custom or modified jars can be produced using Colt's in-house tooling design and fabrication capabilities.
Standard Finish Urea & Phenolic Caps:
Colts offers over 90 different sizes and styles for jars and bottles from 13 mm to 132 mm.
- Straight-sided, Extra-tall, Domed, Crown, Pump-hole and Nail Enamel designs
- White, Black, Special Colors, Special effects matte finishes
- Can be processed with most popular liner materials including heat-induction
- In-house screen print decorating available
Plastic Spatulas for Cosmetic, Personal Care, & Pharmaceutical Applications:
Spatulas are available in styrene, san, and on some styles, polypropylene. Scoops are available in polystyrene, san, and polypropylene. Stock availability is white styrene on spatulas only. Scoops are available on a made-to-order basis.
Spatulas and scoops can be made in custom colors on a made-to-order basis. Spatulas can be screen or hot-stamp decorated.
