Kasper Rorsted, CEO of Henkel AG, will take flight from the company later this year as he spreads his wings at the German active wear company Adidas. He is scheduled to join the company in August, and will succeed Herbert Hainer as of October 1. Igor Landau, chairman of the supervisory board of Adidas AG, described Rorsted as “the perfect candidate.”
At Henkel, as of May 1, Rorsted’s successor will be Hans Van Bylen, a board member who handles the company’s beauty care business.
