Pamela Gill Alabaster has been appointed to lead The Estée Lauder Companies’ global corporate responsibility function. In this role, Alabaster will be responsible for the continued development and implementation of the company’s global corporate responsibility strategy in alignment with its long-term business objectives. She will report to Gregory Polcer, executive vice president, global supply chain, and Peter Jueptner, senior vice president, strategy and new business development, co-chairs of the company’s corporate responsibility efforts, under the leadership of executive chairman, William P. Lauder.
Alabaster joins ELC from L’Oréal USA where she held various senior leadership marketing and management roles, most recently serving as senior vice president corporate communications, sustainable development and public affairs.
Philippe Warnery has been appointed to the position of general manager, Canada for ELC. Warnery joined the company in 2006, and most recently served as the vice president, general manager, international, for the Origins and Ojon brands. He will be responsible for the growth and profitability of the Canadian affiliate. He reports to Thia Breen, group president, North America.
