Neopac’s award-winning Polyfoil Mono Material Barrier Tube offers superior product protection and full recyclability, while reducing carbon footprint by 38% compared with traditional Polyfoil tubes. The tube body is made with a first-of-its-kind adhesive laminated process – in contrast to the existing blown film and extruded film solutions recently adopted by large oral care brands. The advantage: advanced barrier and aesthetic options in the tube body. The tube’s shoulder and cap are made with low MFI HDPE and just 2% of foreign material. It received full technology & product approval from the EU’s discerning RecyClass sustainability verification organization. Suez Circpack gave Polyfoil MMB a Triple A rating for recyclability and the APR result is expected end of November.

Small Diameter Tubes

Since Spring 2019, Neopac has opened its doors to its U.S.-based, small diameter tube manufacturing facility in Wilson, North Carolina. This tube manufacturing center enables shorter lead times for Neopac’s U.S.-based customers while providing a secondary production facility in conjunction with their Swiss-based headquarters. Neopac's high-barrier Polyfoil tubes (10 mm and 13.5 mm diameters) are being manufactured at this new location. These small-diameter tubes are ideal for cosmetic, cosmeceutical, pharma and oral care formulas containing 1-8ml content. Later in 2022, the product range will be extended with Neopac’s new EcoDesign tubes in bigger diameters.

Picea, Sugarcane and PCR Tubes

Picea Wood Tubes (95% renewable material, of which 10% spruce wood); Sugarcane tubes; and recycled tubes (64% PCR material with U.S. food contact approval are also available.
