L’Occitane luxury skincare and beauty brand, Sol de Janeiro has signed a new 11-year office lease for a 57,203 square-foot space at One Grand Central Place New York, NY. This represents a bold step forward for the brand, opening possibilities for growth and innovation.
Located near the center of Manhattan, One Grand Central Place offers 55 stories of modern office space with easy access to lodging, entertainment and transportation.
This lease agreement marks a recovery of the confidence of the New York City office market. Sol de Janeiro plans for a custom and unique office to inspire employees.
Also, L’Occitane recently signed a separate 9,497 square-foot expansion and lease extension to their existing space at ESRT’s 111 W. 33rd Street New York, NY.
“Sol de Janeiro is a fantastic addition to One Grand Central Place’s stellar tenant roster,” said executive VP of real estate at Empire State Reality Trust Thomas P. Durels. “Our partnership together will deliver them a fantastic, custom installation where Sol will enjoy top-tier amenities and convenient access to transportation.”
