    Kiehl's New Labels, by Artist 'Pony,' Supports Sea Otters

    The company is partnering with Charlotte Cardin and the Canadian Wildlife Federation.

    Kiehl's Since 1851 is partnering with singer Charlotte Cardin and the Canadian Wildlife Federation to help support sea otters. This is the 4th consecutive year that Kiehl's will donate 100% of the net profits of this product to support of Earth Day.

    The brand recruited artist Pony to create a new limited edition package for its Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado. The tin's label depicts a cartoon-style image of a sea otter. 

    The limited edition product will be available from April 3rd to May 3rd 2017, in all Kiehl's Canadian locations, as well as on www.kiehls.ca.

    Kiehl's will contribute 100% of the net proceeds from the sale of the Limited Edition Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado to the Canadian Wildlife Federation to symbolically adopt 535 sea otters.

    More About the Label's Artwork

    The original illustration on the label was reated by Montreal's own well-known artist, Pony. Now a pillar of Montreal's artistic scene, Gabrielle Laila Tittley - known as Pony - has built a community of loyal admirers. According to Kiehl's, she "creates works that immerse us in a lively and playful universe perched at the intersection beauty, humor, imagination and irony." The company also states, "her designs and illustrations are an amalgam of interpretations of pop culture and the absurd."

    Alexandre Ratté, general-manager, Kiehl's Canada, adds, "Pony's artistic vision combined with the influence of Charlotte Cardin will help us contribute to the preservation of Canada's endangered natural environments. We are very pleased with this collaboration."
