Mobile beauty customers can use the Joiful app to book a treatment, track their Artist in transit and pay with a credit card or Apple Pay. Artists will arrive in 60 minutes and gratuity is included.
The Launch Party
The new Joiful app just launched with an "orange carpet" celebration in California. More than 500 fans and social media influencers attended the launch event, as well as Whitney Port, a TV personality, fashion designer and author.
Four vignettes were designed to underscore the various places and spaces that treatments are offered, in home, office, hotels and even a man cave to highlight the popularity of men's grooming services. Massage, facials, hair, makeup and nails set the stage for a fashion show that highlighted the after-affect and joyful scene to cap the night.
"It was more than a party, it signified the start of beauty revolution," said Chad Law, VP Sales and Marketing. "Joiful is changing the way people receive beauty treatments, and the response has been overwhelming."
Port said, "I've used the app to get ready for events, meetings and for the special launch event tonight. Like a lot of our clients, my life is busy and going to get busier, so I'm glad to have a solution that saves time trekking to the salon."
