NYX Professional Makeup Launches New Football Campaign

In partnership with Katia Itzel García, NYX celebrates ‘futbol fever’ in the Pasión Proof campaign.

NYX Professional Makeup has “futbol fever.” The makeup brand just announced its Pasión Proof campaign, which celebrates all the feelings that every match brings out in its fans. 

Anchored by a partnership with Katia Itzel García, a barrier-breaking referee, the campaign highlights how Lip IV delivers lasting beauty through every stage of the fan experience.

Itzel Garcia was most recently appointed center referee for cup matches between Tunisia and the Netherlands—this is the first time a Mexican woman will be the main referee.

She’s also shown up in other high-profile matches, such as England vs. Croatia and USA vs. Australia. 

NYX’s Pasión Proof campaign will come to life across the country via watch parties, OOH marketing and sampling in key cities like LA, Miami, NYC and Dallas. 

The campaign features Latina talent both in front of and behind the camera, which feels true to the culture and values that have always defined NYX.
