For the recent launch of French Cowboy fragrances, consultancy Anna Zini Fragrances & Cosmetics called on packaging supplier Coverpla. The supplier helped with global primary packaging development, providing the bottle, cap, pump, and bespoke color solutions.

French Cowboy was created in Paris in 2025 by Givaudan perfumer Ashley Santiago and Adrien Ollat. The young brand stands for fragrance that is “original and radically accessible while remaining infused with the codes of Haute Parfumerie.” It stands out for its co-creation approach, working with creatives from different sectors including art, dance and gastronomy.

The project involved translating the creative stamp of two unisex fragrances. Coverpla suggested its Destiny bottle in a 100ml format combined with its Gator cap. The supplier added its pump and pump cover. Coverpla decorated each bottle and cap. The goal was to use bright colors and bold graphic design to express the brand’s “creative universe.”

“Coverpla was an important partner for the launch of French Cowboy. The team fully understood the challenges and demands of an ambitious young brand. The supplier approached the project with true creative and industrial sensitivity,” say Ashley Santiago and Adrien Ollat.

Lierac selected packaging supplier Lumson to reinterpret its packaging for Premium Le Sérum Absolu. The brand aimed to convey “performance and sensory richness.”

According to the brand, the serum’s new formula result is based on 10 years of advanced research and five patents. A trio of precious botanical actives is at the heart of the formula, which “comprises scientific efficacy and respect for the skin, and is an explosion of sensory richness.” The serum, with 96% ingredients of natural origin, features a micro-encapsulated texture.

As with the serum’s “sumptuous formula,” Lierac says the difference in packaging lies in the detail: the 30ml Alexandra square bottle with 20/400 neck is characterized by a semi-transparent external coating that echoes the product’s golden color, “an elegant detail that adds a touch of contemporary sophistication, underlining its premium positioning. The square shape, linear and softly contoured, fully reflects the brand’s identity and brand positioning: a fusion of science, French elegance and innovation.”

The Alu Drop Touch dropper, featuring a push-down system and covered in glossy gold aluminum, “stands out for an exclusive tactile experience given its textured surface.”

The outcome, say Lumson and Lierac, “is a packaging solution that showcases product identity and elevates user experience.”
