Cosmoprof North America (CPNA), the leading beauty event in North America, will host over 1,000 exhibitors from nearly 40 countries at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas this July 24th-26th. Covering all facets of the industry, brand manufacturers have the advantage of seeing the latest packaging innovations as well. This year we anticipate over 30,000 attendees looking to see the latest in cosmetic & personal care; packaging, contract manufacturing & private label and professional beauty.
Packaging plays an important role in beauty, as it is sometimes the sole differentiator on store shelves. CPNA provides the opportunity for both exhibitors and attendees to see the latest packaging solutions while simultaneously forming key relationships with top industry professionals and retailers.
What’s New?
Among the plethora of new initiatives and brands on display, CPNA recently introduced the Innovation Circle. Shown for the first time in 2016, this virtual display case serves as a showcase for those companies willing to present new high-end products and avant-garde processes in the U.S. market. Innovation Circle will be centrally located within the exhibition area and will offer exposure for unique products that are new to the marketplace. The display case will have an interactive display where visitors can learn more about the products featured.
The International Business Forum & Exhibition—Focus on the Beauty Supply Chain is another must-see. This curated area will feature companies specialized in packaging, machinery, OEM and raw materials. Attendees can expect to be presented with innovative technologies and new projects to fulfill the request for innovation and research in the North American beauty market.
Making its return, the exclusive Boutique sample program allows attendees to curate their own beauty box. This high-end box and its wrapping materials are provided by HCT Group, the official Boutique sponsor. The custom box features luxurious textured paper and a magnetic closure, making it the perfect show keepsake. As part of the program, attendees select 7 out of 20 exhibiting brands to place in their specially designed CPNA beauty box. In return, attendees provide a small donation, which is given to the Look Good, Feel Better cancer support charity.
Not to be outdone, packaging takes center stage during a conference session hosted by Beauty Packaging. The session, The Beauty of Sustainability: More Than Green Packaging, will guide attendees through the biggest challenges facing brands in the eco-friendly environment and address sustainable business models. Moderated by Editor-in-Chief Jamie Matusow, the session will bring together key influencers Rudi Becker, Senior Director, Packaging and Industrial Design from Method and Dominique Assenat, Global Creative Director Beauty Cosmetics & Colors from PeclerParis.
