Coty has agreed to transition the Gucci Beauty license back to Kering for a consideration of approximately $400 million. Coty will continue to operate the Gucci Beauty brand through at least June 30, 2027, ending the license approximately one year ahead of the original license term.

Kayali launches Boujee Kitty Caramel Milk | 22 globally on July 25, 2026, at Sephora. Boujee Kitty Caramel Milk | 22 comes in Kayali’s signature diamond-shaped bottle that features a pearlescent lacquered finish. The iconic glass shape and opulent jeweled caps are inspired by traditional crystal Middle Eastern oud bottles.

Three-time Grammy award-winning superstar and entrepreneur Megan Thee Stallion enters the fragrance industry with the new Hot Girl Summer Eau de Parfum. Encased in a sculptural, flame-shaped bottle, the design draws inspiration from Megan’s Hot Girl Summer lifestyle, capturing its bold, fiery spirit.
