On May 22, 2018, Pratt Institute welcomed guests at its annual Art of Packaging Award Gala — a glamorous event that celebrates excellence in packaging design. This year’s Art of Packaging Award winner is Groupe Pochet.
The event, held at the prestigious University Club in Manhattan, raises funds that benefit the Marc Rosen Scholarship Fund for Packaging by Design at Pratt Institute. Emceed by model Carol Alt, the event marked 29 years of the Fund that has helped raise more than $3.5 million for scholarships for graduate packaging design students at Pratt.
Marc Rosen said, “This year’s ‘Art of Packaging’ Gala was very special. Honoring a supplier for the first time with the incredible history of Groupe Pochet epitomized our dinner theme. I look forward to celebrating our 30th year of the scholarship next year.”
Beauty and fragrance industry insiders were in attendance, including executives from leading brands and packaging suppliers.
