Cosrx—the skincare brand owned, in part, by Amorepacific and known for going viral—has a new TikTok campaign, #PatThePeptide.
And beauty marketers may want to pay attention. Savvy on social media, the skincare brand
surpassed two billion views last year on TikTok for its viral hashtag, #CosRX.
Cosrx followed this up with its last social media challenge that surpassed over 49 milion views for the hashtag, #PrepPair.
The new #PatthePeptide campaign aims to showcase Cosrx's popular product, "The 6 Peptide Skin Booster Serum."
Unlike a traditional dropper pack, the serum is in a jumbo-sized 150 ml bottle with a pump dispenser, which makes the product more affordable for many budget-conscious beauty fans.
The brand states, "Designed for convenience, the serum comes in a pump-style bottle for effortless application."
The serum can be used alone or as a first-step to prep the skin. This works to increase absorption of the active ingredients to enhance the efficacy of subsequent skincare products, the brand says, and it pairs easily for layering with other Cosrx products.
Now through March 20th social media users can enter the prize drawing by showing off their "peptide-inspired moves" on TikTok and tagging @cosrx_official—while also using the hashtags #PatThePeptide #SkinFlooding #Peptide.
The top 10 winners will receive a bundle of Cosrx products. Additionally, the top 90 winners will receive The 6 Peptide Skin Booster Serum and a randomly selected Cosrx product.
Winners will be announced on Cosrx's official Instagram @cosrx and on TikTok @cosrx_official on April 1st.
