More than $30 million will be spent to “renovate, re-imagine and reconstruct” the U.S. facility, along with investments in new machinery, equipment and working capital.
The products manufactured in this facility will be the same as those produced in Japan for domestic and global distribution. They include: mechanical pencils, powders, eyeliners and foundations, plus mascaras, eyeshadows, lipsticks, brow products, concealers, hot pours, primers and more.
To meet clients’ individual needs Tokiwa Cosmetics America will provide flexible services, such as creating and providing products on a total turnkey basis, including with their proprietary and patented formulations, componentry, packaging and filling, or on a contract manufacturing basis, based on individual requirements.
