Purpose-built for high-viscosity materials including adhesives, sealants, mastics, pastes, and lubricants, the compact vertical system helps manufacturers boost throughput while maintaining tight fill accuracy and consistent package quality.

VCF Chub Filler offers vertical filling speeds of up to 40 chubs per minute, supporting chub sizes from 5 to 32 ounces. Servo-driven dosing technology delivers highly repeatable fills with minimal product giveaway, reducing material waste and helping processors maintain cost-effective, high-quality output. 

The electrical components and clipping head are controlled by an integrated programmable logic controller (PLC), providing precise synchronization and more reliable, trouble-free operation.

The VCF platform combines high performance with an operator-friendly layout that fits seamlessly into modern automated lines. Gravity-assisted vertical filling improves film handling and helps maintain a cleaner, more controlled product flow, while front access to key components simplifies routine service, set-up, and film threading.
