Future Beauty Brands Appoints Heather Wallace as CEO

Beauty industry exec. Heather Wallace succeeds Rob Keen, who served in the role since January of 2026.

Future Beauty Brands (FBB), a global beauty platform and portfolio company of Yellow Wood Partners, announced that Heather Wallace has been appointed Chief Executive Officer to lead FBB’s next phase of global growth, innovation, and brand expansion.

Dana Schmaltz, Partner at Yellow Wood Partners, said:

“We couldn’t be more excited to welcome Heather as the new CEO of FBB. We have known Heather for many years and admired her accomplishments throughout her career. We look forward to partnering with her and capitalizing on the Company’s powerful suite of products and global brand strength.”

With over 20 years of experience leading global beauty and consumer health businesses, Wallace combines her knowledge of direct skincare, dermatology, hair care, and cosmetics with hands-on commercial strategy, operations, and marketing expertise. 

Most recently, Wallace served as President, U.S., at Galderma. She also served as CEO and Board Member of Curology.

Wallace commented:

Previously, Wallace was President of the Americas at Revlon, where she led the company’s commercial operations across North and Latin America. 

Earlier in her career, Wallace served as Region Head of Henkel Beauty North America, following nearly a decade at Novartis Consumer Health, leading marketing and commercial strategy across multiple consumer health categories.

Wallace succeeds Rob Keen, who served in the role since January 2026.
