ELC Creates North American Fragrance Cluster

This reorganization will be led by SVP Vérane de Marffy, who will aim to streamline ELC’s U.S. perfume brands under a single umbrella.

According to reports, Estee Lauder Companies (ELC) is establishing a new Fragrance Cluster in North America.

This will consolidate and streamline all of ELC’s U.S. perfume brands under a single umbrella. 

The North American Fragrance Cluster will be led by newly appointed Senior Vice President Vérane de Marffy.

Marffy also serves as General Manager of Fragrances in North America. In this role, Marffy will help drive perfume growth for ELC, directly managing the Kilian Paris and Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle brands.

Before joining ELC, Marffy had a 22-year career at L’Oreal, where she served as Deputy GM of Ralph Lauren Fragrances, GM of Lifestyle and Collection Fragrances, and Senior VP of Marketing, Lancôme.
