Rexam Plastic Packaging’s Personal Care Division announced the appointment of Nathalie Nowak to the position of global marketing and innovation director. In this role, Nowak will lead worldwide initiatives to develop and support the division’s market-facing strategy, driving growth in Personal Care’s core markets – cosmetics, toiletries and household care. She will report directly to Misha Riveros-Jacobson, the Division’s managing director, and will be based in Suresnes, France.
“Nathalie’s extensive international marketing expertise, analytical skills and proven abilities in product development and management of cross-functional teams will help us take our market-focused organization to new heights,” Riveros-Jacobson says. “Her extensive global business experience will serve us well as we continue to develop opportunities in both established and emerging markets throughout the world.”
The linkage between marketing and innovation functions enables the Division to develop breakthrough packaging solutions that lead the industry, Jacobson adds. “Our growth as a single-source supplier to the world’s most prestigious and demanding brand owners depends upon our market-driven approach, and an organizational structure that precisely reflects the markets we serve, rather than the technologies we developed,” she said.
Most recently, Nowak was global marketing director at Delsey, where she advanced steadily over a 13-year career, ultimately managing teams for the global suitcase manufacturer throughout Europe, the USA and Asia.
The Rexam Personal Care Division’s customers includes signature brands such as P&G, L’Oreal, YSL, LVMH, Unilever and many others, throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia.
