During his lecture, Lahmani will discuss how the microencapsulation of cosmetic formulations in textiles is set to create a new industry niche - cosmetotextiles. The session will draw attention to technologies that are being developed by cosmetics companies to incorporate active cosmetic formulations into a range of clothing and other textiles to make them more functional offering moisturizing, anti-cellulite, and micro-massaging properties.The 25-minute session will educate conference delegates on thisevolving new industry as Lahmani discusses the intelligent textiles market; the concept of cosmetotextiles; the effectiveness of cosmetotextiles; and future innovations in the area.
