The RPC group has confirmed its acquisition of Crown Risdon Europe. Risdon Europe's former plants have been reorganized as a division within RPC: RPC beauté, managed by Denis Pandolfi, formerly the general manager of Crown Risdon Europe.
RPC is a supplier in rigid plastics packaging, specializing in injection molding, blow molding and thermoforming. With the acquisition, the group owns 49 plants in 12 European countries and the USA. More information: www.rpc-group.com.
