On Monday October 27th, from 4.15pm-5.45pm, Luxe Pack Monaco 2014 will once again highlight the theme of sustainable development in the packaging industry, with a round table of experts providing their insights and successes in this area.
The session, “Responsible purchasing: what are the specifics for the luxury sector and what benefits can be expected?” will be chaired by Sandrine Sommer, director of sustainable development at Guerlain. Participants include Michel Fontaine, president of the National Packaging Council; Marie-Laurence Truchon-Bartes, promotions & developments purchasing manager, Pernod; Stephanie Rott, purchasing director Guerlain; Stefano Gottardo, purchasing director LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics; Thomas Riou, CEO Perfumery & Cosmetics Division SGD; and
Gil Ferrari, industrial director Autajon.
In addition, a Luxe Pack in Green showcase area on the show floor will spotlight some of the exhibitors’ packages that meet the criteria for sustainable development.
With the assistance of an expert jury, Luxe Pack will also present its annual Luxe Pack in Green Award to one of the exhibitors.
The award ceremony is scheduled for Monday October 27th at 5:45pm, in the conference room in hall Atrium, in the presence of the jury.
The Luxe Pack in Green 2014 trophy is an original creation designed for the event by CHIC design agency that will be exhibiting at the show.
