What's "joyspotting"? It's a part of one of the four key themes Leila Rochet identified when curating the 'BeauyTalks' conference lineup at MakeUp In LosAngeles and Luxe Pack Los Angeles.

Rochet is Chief Inspiration Officer and Beauty Innovation Expert at Cosmetics Inspiration & Creation, and will moderate 'BeautyTalks.' 

"Joyspotting" is a new facet of beauty, where consumers are drawn to "play and escapism," according to Rochet. Post-Covid, we are turning to makeup as a tool for self-expression, transformation, and self-care, she explains.  

During the presentation "From Color to Joyspotting" on February 23, 3 pm, Spate NYC's Olivier Zimmer and Addison Cain will speak, along with Rituel de Fille's Katherine and Caroline Ramos.
