The package features a movable collar that slides up and down to reveal the actuator when the shoulder is turned. The moving collar also acts as a unique locking mechanism, protecting the actuator from being pressed when hidden. It also provides another added layer of protection to preserve the integrity of the formula by limiting possible air contact through the nozzle.
