Cosmoprof NA’s mentorship program provides beauty brands with all the support they need to succeed—register by August 23rd.


The team at Cosmoprof North America is dedicated to helping beauty entrepreneurs succeed. Its annual Mentorship Program offers beauty brand exhibitors 20-minute one-on-one mentoring sessions with founders, CEOs, and beauty industry executives.

Mentors will provide guidance related to various aspects of running a successful beauty business, including retail & distribution, branding, funding, exporting, digital marketing, SEO, social media, trends, and the multicultural market.

(Entering the US prestige market); Matthew Capala, founder and president, Alphametic (SEO); Karen Young, CEO, The Young Group (Product development); and Jackie Lee, head of beauty & personal care, the Americas, Tmall Global and Kaola (Entering the Chinese market).
