Pennelli Faro will be highlighting its Fless brush at Cosmoprof NA, which the private label manufacturer of Made In Italy cosmetic brushes since 1971, describes as “the first flexible makeup brush.” They say it is as “flexible as a sponge, and precise as a makeup brush” and overall “an unconventional solution.”
