In April, the Pujolasos
family celebrated the 50th anniversary of the Spanish firm known for wooden sustainable packaging for the luxury cosmetics and fragrance sector. The company was created in Sant Pere de Torelló by Josep Pujolasos Prat in 1967, and at first specialized in furniture and wooden articles for the home. In 1998, the second generation, with Angel Pujolasos in charge of the company, began to work with wooden caps and accessories for the beverage sector. By 2001, they had expanded to the cosmetic and perfumery market, which was increasingly adapting wood as a distinctive packaging material for components.
Today, Angel Jr. and Isabel Pujolasos, the third generation of the family, are in charge of managing the company, with their father as president.
