Luxe Pack arrives in NY on May 20-21, with top-notch suppliers and education program.
Luxe Pack New York celebrates it seventh edition this spring on May 20-21, and due to increased demand, will once again return to its new larger venue, the Metropolitan Pavilion and Altman Building on West 18th Street, in Manhattan. The luxury packaging trade exhibition is expected to host more than 100 exhibitors this year. Since its launch in 2003, the event has been held at the Metropolitan Pavilion. Creating Brand Loyalty
Beauty Packaging magazine’s Board of Advisors presents Creating Brand Loyalty: At a time when consumers’ tastes range from a passion for prestige to a commitment to green, what does it take for a brand to stay true to its goals—and keep customers coming back for more?
Scheduled speakers from Beauty Packaging’s Board of Advisors include: John Delfausse (vice president global package development and chief environmental officer, Estée Lauder Corporate Packaging); Scott Widrow (vice president of manufacturing and materials management, Chanel); Karen Grant (vice president, NPD Beauty): Maureen Kelly (creator & CEO Tarte Cosmetics); Barbara Poder-Stiso (senior director package development, Del Labs/Coty, Inc.) Iconic Packaging...Defining the Brand Internationally recognized designer Marc Rosen and a panel of experts will explore a world in which branding has become the buzzword for modern marketing; the pivotal component of “the right package” can make or break a brand’s identity. Chanel’s black lipstick case and the new La Prairie Platinum Cellular cream jar are a few of the iconic packages that stand for prestige, luxury, efficacy—and are style-consistent with the brand and therefore become the physical manifestation of their image. In a difficult retail market, today more than ever, the iconic package can stimulate sales and create customer loyalty.
In addition, Material ConneXion will present its “Innovation Lab,” and the special display of FiFi nominees will allow visitors to take a close-up look at the nominated entries.
The keynote speaker, additional seminars, dates and special attractions will be announced shortly.
