    The global market for mineral cosmetics is projected to reach $2.92 billion by 2026, at a 4.7% CAGR, according to this report by Allied Market Research.

    A rise in health consciousness and a shift in consumer preferences are expected to propel market growth, the report says.

    The report analyzes the size of the global mineral cosmetics market from 2018 through 2026, and is segmented by product type and distribution channel. 

    Fastest Growing Segments

    The face cosmetics segment is estimated to register the fastest CAGR of 5.9% during the forecast period.

    The lips cosmetics segment held the largest share in 2018, contributing more than two-fifths of the total market. The eye cosmetics segment is also expected to show gradual growth.

    The retail distribution segment held the lion's share in 2018, accounting for more than two-fifths of the market, however, the e-commerce segment is projected to portray the fastest CAGR of 6.7% during the forecast period.

    Major Players

    The report also analyzes the major players in the global mineral cosmetics market, including both brands and bulk suppliers. A few of the brands highlighted are L'Oreal, Glo Skin Beauty, Revlon, Mineralissima mineral makeup, and Shiseido.
