Marvinpac and Strand Cosmetics Europe have formed a joint company, offering “Swiss made” solutions for high-end skin care brands. The newly created company is based in Chatel-Saint-Denis, Switzerland.
The company utilizes Strand’s know-how in the creation and manufacture of high-tech formulas for skin care products, and Marvinpac’s experience in customized packaging, manufacturing of sets and co-packing. The two companies are alike in size and based in similar locations, and say they share the same goals.
MS Swiss Cosmetics products will be manufactured, filled and packaged in Châtel-Saint-Denis, where they say the facility provides an excellent carbon footprint and exceptional water quality ideal for the formulation of skin care products.
Eric Bouvier, CEO of Strand Cosmetics Europe, and Ludovic Hericher, CEO of Marvinpac, will serve as associate directors of the new venture, and have named operational development to Judith Levy as business unit manager.
