Do men and boys need their own personal wipes - in a package designed specifically for them? Woody Wipes thinks so. The company makes personal hygiene wipes for men, and is using color and a clever package design in an attempt to connect with male consumers.
But, it's not only the look of the packlaging that is specifically for male users - it's the formulation of the product itself, the brand says. "It takes a special kind of solution to combat male hygiene issues..." the press release stated. It goes on to explain, "...and baby wipes aren't enough to dilute man-specific odor." Then it gets even more funny: "Woody Wipes are strong enough to knock out the nauseating odor that men may suffer from." There's even a video.
In any case, the oval shaped box and burnt orange color is a nice look for the wipes container. There are also convenient on-the-go sizes. Twenty-five wet wipes in single-use packaging, which are foil sachets, are packaged in a bright orange box. If men aren't insulted by the marketing message, perhaps they will be attracted to the brand's cute cartoon logo.
