Nu Enterprises, Inc., in Provo, Utah, broke ground yesterday on its new $85 million Innovation Center. The Center will expand the company’s corporate headquarters and house 900 employees at the downtown campus. The plans include a new anti-aging research and development center, technology hub, and modern meeting and green spaces. The company anticipates the completion of the Innovation Center in 2013 and is seeking LEED Silver certification.
The Nu Skin Innovation Center will have an additional 164,000 sq. ft. for a total Nu Skin corporate campus of nearly 300,000 sq. ft. Plans also include an atrium that will connect the existing headquarters building with the new Innovation Center. An expanded research and development space for the Nu Skin Enterprises Center for Anti-Aging Research is also planned. In addition, about one acre of green space is allocated on the expanded downtown campus.
