Topline Products Company Inc., a Wayne, NJ, based cosmetics packaging and products company, has promoted Vincent Groccia to the position of chief operating officer. He will be responsible for all global operations at Topline. Groccia’s previous position at Topline was senior vice president, operations and business development.
“Vincent has had an outstanding record of growing Topline’s business with key accounts and has led our operations team through a period of rapid growth both in North America and in European markets,” says Charles Chang, Topline's president, who made the announcement. “In his new role, he will lead Topline’s global business and strategic expansion into new markets and will continue to focus on growing Topline’s manufacturing base.”
An experienced professional in the consumer products industry for more than 28 years, Groccia has held various management positions in accounting, finance, marketing, business development, operations and supply chain management.
Prior to joining Topline in 2001, Vincent was employed at Daymon Associates, a private label household and personal care consumer goods company. He began his career at the Colgate-Palmolive Company, and later worked for Waldenbooks/Borders Group, the books, music and media retailer.
Groccia earned his B.S. degree in accounting from Central Connecticut State University and an M.B.A. from Sacred Heart University.
