COSMETIC TUBES Plastic tubes are one of the most preferred packaging options for the Cosmetic and Health & Beauty Market sectors mainly to they being light weight, economical and user -friendly option to use. Tubes can be made with high barrier properties compared to other packaging options and can come in different shapes/sizes/head styles and applicators with different material options like HDPE, LDPE, Laminate (ABL, PBL) and PCR (post-consumer resin). Tubes from sizes of 0.13 oz to 12 oz in diameters ranging from 13 mm to 60 mm can be extruded in various pantone colors. They can be made in round, oval or super-flat sections. Deco on the Tubes can be achieved in various options like offset, silk screen, hot stamp and labeling. Tubes can dispense more than 90% to 95% of the product. The transportation for tubes is also economical. The benefit of using airless system is now available in our airless tubes. All the advantages of protection from air contamination, precise dosing and hi-end / Hi- quality look and feel of airless dispensing systems is combined with economical costs of tubes in our unique ratchet head airless pumps designs.

	AIRLESS COMPONENTS Airless package is a MUST when there is a need to protect the product from getting exposed to air contamination and get oxidized. More and more companies are leaning towards the airless components like airless bottles, airless spot applicators (eye spot applicators), airless syringe, airless jars and airless tubes as a viable option to protect the product from getting oxidized when it comes with contact with air (oxygen); and also when they want to try and avoid the usage of chemical preservatives. Airless components are made either in double wall or single wall structures; and are made using Engineering Plastics like ABS/SAN/AS or Commercial plastics like Polypropylene (PP) or PETG. Airless dispensing pumps provide precise and repeatable dosage and provides approx. 96% of evacuation of the product with same dosage output for every stroke. It contains no metal parts that comes in to contact with the product. It connotes high-performance of the component and enhances high end luxury image on the shelf.

COSMETIC JARS Jars are the preferred option for the components with wide opening and luxurious appeal on the shelf. Jars can come in different shapes, sizes and material structure. A jar can come in as small as 3ml and as large as 350ml in materials like double wall Acrylic, PP, PETG and PET. Jars can also come in airless with center dispensing or with spout options. One of the advantages of the jar in terms of deco is that it can be printed on the side wall and on the top of the cap as well; since it has wider diameter compared to other packaging options.

	PLASTIC BOTTLES Single wall plastic bottles like PE bottles, PP bottles, PET & PETG bottles and HDPE bottles are one of most common options for products like shampoo, conditioner, lotions, cleansers etc. The bottles are very economical due to the mass production process of injection blow molding which is faster and the components weighs less compared to airless components, jars and glass bottles. We offer various dispensing options for these bottles like screw-on and flip top or disc caps, lotion pumps, treatment pumps, sprayer pumps, orifice reducers, center dispensing caps etc.

GLASS BOTTLES Glass bottles are necessary to use when the product is too strong or corrosive for a plastic bottle to provide enough barrier. One of the biggest advantage of using glass is that it is a sustainable package and provides strong barrier for products such as essential oil or CBD oil. Glass bottles come in various sizes like 5ml, 10ml, 15ml, 30ml, 50ml, 120ml, 240ml etc. in Clear flint, Amber, Cobalt Blue and Green color molded or sprayed. We offer various dispensing options for glass bottles such as glass pipette dropper, roller ball applicator, Euro dropper, sprayer etc
