Summer Fridays Chief Executive John Heffner is retiring after over six years in the role. The brand is now initiating a search for a new CEO.
Heffner’s departure follows over 40 years in the beauty industry, including senior roles at P&G, Unilever, Creative Nail Design, OPI and Drybar.
During his tenure at Summer Friday, Heffner oversaw the US-based brand’s expansion and product innovation, as well as its investment from TSG Consumer in 2024.
Heffner has led the company since 2020 and will remain CEO while the board searches for his replacement.
