Anastasia C. Ayala has been named chief executive officer of Nude Skincare. LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton acquired a 70% stake in the company in 2011.

An industry veteran, Ayala founded the skincare and wellness company Pure Aesthetic - Pure Wellness in 2007. Prior, she held numerous executive positions at major beauty companies, including 10 years at Coty Beauty as senior vice president for global marketing and strategic planning.

Nude Skincare, which is based in London and sold at Sephora in the U.S., was founded by Bryan Meehan and Ali Newson. (Newson also happens to be rock star Bono's wife.)

The luxury brand doesn't include controversial ingredients in its formulations, including: parabens, sulphates, PEGs, TEAs, DEAs, propylene glycol, phthalates, GMOs, mineral oils and silicones.
