LOreal Board Member Resigns

Effective April 26th, 2013, Sir Lindsay Owen-Jones will resign from L'Oreal's board of directors. Owen-Jones is currently the honorary chairman of L'Oreal.

Executive board member Virginie Morgon, currently chief investment officer of Eurazeo, will take his place.
