CTL has opened a new state-of-the-art, 160,000 sq. ft. facility near Charlotte, North Carolina. The new site is part of a 100 million dollar investment in injection molded, in-mold labeled plastic tube technology. This makes it possible for CTL's latest innovation, the "easysupplytube," to be manufactured domestically.

“This is not only an innovation in packaging but also an innovation in supply chain. Buyers need to look differently at how they purchase tubes and the advantages that the easysupplytube can offer their organization," explains Anna Soden, marketing and business development manager, CTL.

CTL also offers in-mold decorating options, such as complex graphics including full 360-degree printing. Another benefit: CTL offers tubes that are 100% polypropylene, so they can be recycled under Code 5 standards, which is an invaluable sustainability feature.

With the brand new facility in production, CTL Packaging estimates over 150 new jobs will be created over the next five years.
