The celebrity beauty licensing company, Boldface, updated its shareholders on its financial results for the second quarter and six months ended December 31, 2012. Boldface achieved net revenues of $1.526 million for the second quarter, after launching Khroma Beauty's limited edition Holiday collection to 4,500 retail stores, including CVS, Ulta Beauty, Sears, Fred Meyer and Meijer.
Boldface received net revenues of $1.526 million for the second quarter, compared to no revenues in the prior periods. Its gross profit was $0.469 million for the second quarter or 30.8% of net revenues.
