The Fragrance Foundation has officially announced the 2013 "Indie" Nominees, which is celebrating creativity, artistry, and the entrepreneurial spirit of smaller companies, for the second year. The winner and five finalists will be announced by Elizabeth Musmanno, president of the Fragrance Foundation, at the annual award presentation hosted by Elements Showcase on Monday, January 28th 2013.
