A New Acquisition Date for Physician's Formula

Markwins intends to close the acquisition of Physician's Formula by mid-December 2012. It was previously announced that the deal would finalize by November.
Physician's Formula products are sold in over 25,000 drug store locations. The two companies entered into the merger agreement in September.
