What better time to announce the launch of James Bond Fragrance for men, then after his sky dive into the Olympics
with the Queen of England. The official James Bond fragrance for Men—which coincides with the 50th anniversary of Bond-- is set to debut this fall and was developed by Eon Productions and Procter & Gamble. Release of the new Bond movie Skyfal
l will be in November and the fragrance
has its very own trailer, too. Longtime 007 photographer Greg Williams shot the advertising campaign. Having done the campaigns for four James Bond movies to date – Die Another Day, Casino Royale, Quantum Of Solace and this year's Skyfall – Williams was clear on the direction he wanted for the fragrance trailer. “For me, it isn’t any one actor’s face which represents Bond – it’s all about the look and the iconography of Bond," he explains. "I took inspiration from the original illustrations found on the early Ian Fleming books and aimed to harness the dream of Bond through cinematic lighting and by keeping his face a mystery." James Bond 007 will come in a deep green glass bottle that sports a coarse textured exterior and a silver ring-like closure. The logo 007 features a satin ribbon that runs across the center of the bottle. James Bond 007 will be available in 30, 50, 75 and 125 ml Eau de Toilette at department stores.
