Amway Independent Business Owners (IBOs) have earned the company the top spot in online Health & Beauty (H&B) sales for the ninth year running. Internet Retailer's annual Top 500 Guide to the web ranked Amway North America first again in the Health & Beauty category, and 30th in overall web sales. Amway North America is part of the Amway family, a worldwide leader in direct selling, with more than three million IBOs in more than 80 countries and territories. Amway North America's Top 500 Guide ranking is based on estimates made by Internet Retailer, since Amway does not report sales by individual market. Enterprise-wide sales for Amway North America's parent company, Alticor, were $10.9 billion in fiscal 2011. According to Internet Retailer estimates, Amway North America's online sales were more than $980 million in 2011.
