Sally Beauty Buys Sinelco Group

Sally Beauty Holdings Inc. has announced the acquisition of Belgian beauty distributor Sinelco Group NV in a cash deal worth about $37.1 million. Sinelco supplies sundries, accessories, basic salon goods and electrical products to customers in 35 countries.The distributor is based in Ronse, Belgium, and has sales offices in France and Italy.
