Parlux To Buy Back Shares

Parlux Fragrances, Inc. is buying back up to 1,000,000 shares of the company's common stock, or approximately 5% of the outstanding publicly traded shares. This authorization is part of the company's existing share buyback program originally approved and announced in January 2007.
