Asquan, which says it specializes in bringing new concepts to market at an accelerated pace, featured a variety of innovative designs for cosmetic packaging at the MakeUp in NewYork show.

Several unusual designs for eye and lip products stood out on the display shelves at the booth. Many looked ultra-portable, including makeup pens, as well as lots of double-ended options.  Asquan also has its own patented cushion systems for makeup.

One travel-friendly, rectangular-shaped compact had a side hinge, which allows the six pans of eye or lip color to open like a fan. Another metal lipstick case featured an unusual zig-zag design.

Eye-catching zippered bags and cosmetic cases were also on display. Some were lip-shaped, in hot pink. Others featured shiny and bright holographic patterns.

Asquan’s team often works with brands to create 2D and 3D design renderings, produce tooling, then deliver custom looks. The company works with all types of materials, from plastic to metals, such as zamac.
